Viking inspectors follow all Washington State Standards of Practice.  We provide a thorough inspection from the foundation all the way up to the roof and all the spaces in between.  Ask us about separate structures on the property, we can check those too!  Your complete, full color & detailed report will be emailed to you by the next day at the latest!

Walk along with us! We invite you to accompany us throughout a majority of the inspection, leaving the roof & crawlspace to us.  You’re also encouraged to ask questions that may arise along the way.  Since a thorough inspection should take about 2-3 hours, a multitude of pictures will be taken. You’ll get to see the problematic areas in your detailed report leaving you with a greater insight of your home.
