CANCELLATION: Inspection appointments that are confirmed with location, date, and time are considered booked time for our inspectors and are reserved exclusively for that client. We understand circumstances change and we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Fees for cancellations to offset our time are as follows:
- A fee, equivalent to 50% of the Inspection Fee, will result from any appointment cancellation less than 24-hours of the appointment
- A fee, equivalent to 100% of the Inspection Fee, will result from any appointment cancellation the same day of the appointment
- Reschedule fees are at the discretion of the inspector
This cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.
*It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the property to be inspected has full access and all utilities turned on PRIOR to scheduling an inspection. Inability to fully inspect due to access, lack of water, or power will result in a re-visit fee to return to the home.
